What happens at a notarization appointment?
- We meet you at a convenient location.
- We check for completeness of documents i.e., no blank spaces. We do not help fill out paperwork as it is prohibited by law.
- We check for a notarial certificate. It is either attached to the document or you will need to choose one.
- We will check your ID for proper identification.
- We will record your notarization into our journal and have you sign the record.
- We will watch you sign your document.
- We will fill out & stamp the notarial certificate.
- We will collect the transaction fee during the appointment.
